It is still a concern that there are individuals who fail to allow children to relax and have a game of football. Not every child will be a footballer but every child has the right to play and enjoy football. Everyone involved in Youth Football must adopt a zero tolerance towards abuse and abusive people.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the unpraised members of the MUYL for sorting the leagues and fixtures etc and a special mention to Nigel Davidson and his wife for all the time and effort in sorting out the id cards.Am sure a lot of clubs are thinking the same. Well done to all involved.

IN REPLY .........I am not the normal gusetbook editor but there is no issue between the clubs concerned, the incident you refer to was the actions of individuals who have all been dealt with by their club and in consultation with the league. Further action by the League cannot take place until we have been advised that all legal action has concluded. This matter should have no bearing on the clubs playing games this season.

I see that Dungannon have had 4 age groups game all cancelled for this Saturday kick off . I hope this counts as 1 off there games they can call off as the new league rules are laid down for us all. We are watching this closely as so called BIG clubs get different rules than others. REPLY They will count towards their call offs and the same rules will apply to all clubs within the league
